The cleaning service fell short, doing only partial tasks like towel replacement without proper cleaning of the room itself. An odd policy on deposits surfaced when I was asked to submit a cash deposit, and the return came with complications over a few dirty towels left in the corner. This contributed to an underwhelming overall experience.

It was just a proper fit for a momentary visit in Stafford with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff quickly helped fix a problem with the TV, showing they care about your stay. Check if they have a room with a good view if you can.

The Double Room was super comfy and clean. Air conditioning worked great. Bathroom had a good shower with free toiletries and a hairdryer. My kids appreciated the flat-screen TV and reliable WiFi. There was also a Microwave and Refrigerator. Great spa facilities too. Perfect for a couple nights!
